Thank you for your interest in a free consultation!

Please fill in the information below in order to set up a free half hour consultation so that I can understand your tutoring requirements and describe how they will be addressed. But first,

A little bit about me.

Before asking you to tell me something about your student, I thought you might want to know a little about me.

In 2004 I started tutoring high school (and some middle school) students who needed academic support in math.  The objective was to improve their depth of knowledge and comprehension of math content, and thereby improve their grades in school.

About a year later I began tutoring students for the ACT and SAT.  Many of my students were not satisfied with the material in books from big box companies like Princeton Review and Barrons, so I wrote lessons and practice problems for particular topics, like fractions and logarithms.  After a while there were lessons for lots of topics and they were combined into a book.  Since then, my ACT and SAT books have sold more than 50,000 copies.  In addition to Amazon, books are sold to tutoring companies and school book stores.

My students have gone on to attend many top colleges, including Amherst, Babson, Bates, Berkeley, BC, Bowdoin, Brown, Bucknell, Claremont McKenna, Colgate, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Davidson, Duke, Emory, Georgetown, Hamilton, Johns Hopkins, Lehigh, MIT, Michigan, Middlebury, Mt Holyoke, NYU, Northwestern, Penn, Princeton, RPI, Smith, Stanford, Tufts, Tulane, UNC, UVA, Vanderbilt, Vassar, Villanova, Wake Forest, Washington University, Wesleyan, West Point, and Yale.

If interested, you can read some feedback from students and parents.
